Courtney Miller
MS, LPC-S, LAC; Clinical Director
Courtney’s work focuses on connection: to yourself and everything around you. Utilizing various neuropsychology, EMDR, and somatic techniques, Courtney helps teach people how to re-regulate their nervous systems. Therapeutic transformation happens when the mind, body, and spirit are energetically synchronized. Developing healthy self-awareness is one of the most important steps in healing. Courtney teaches her clients to do this by bringing to the surface and working with parts of the self that have been repressed, rejected, judged, and/or hidden. Courtney also works with people on understanding and managing their attachment styles and their relationships. Courtney works with a range of topics including trauma, codependency, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+, and life transitions. Courtney is an advocate for self care. One of her passions is working with mental health professionals, as well as other healthcare/service providers.
“Writing the story of who you are means tearing out and throwing away the pages written about you by other people. You get to choose how you want to show up in life, and that can be the scariest and most rewarding choice to make. My hope is that you courageously choose you.” –Courtney Miller, MS, LPC-S, LAC

Annette is warm, compassionate, funny, and a natural multi-tasker. Annette answers the phones, manages our billing, and takes care of our office. She loves working with people and is great at matching clients with the therapist that is best for them.
