How do I schedule an appointment?
Call, email, or fill out the form anywhere on our site. We will contact you to answer your questions. If at the end of that call or email, you feel you want to work with us, we will make an appointment that fits your needs and schedule.
What is the cost and do you accept insurance?
The session fees range from $65-$175 per session. Session fees depend on the therapist, not the service. If we file Counseling or Therapy sessions with your health insurance, then your cost depends on the details of your policy.
Health Insurance often covers in-person Counseling sessions. Sometimes health insurance covers telehealth (phone and online video) Counseling sessions. Insurance companies require that the client resides in the state where the therapist is licensed (Louisiana). This applies to in-person and telehealth sessions.

How do I know which therapist to work with?
If you do not have a particular request, our office coordinator will assist you in matching with the therapist that is the best for you. Your counseling goals, as well as financial and insurance needs will be considered.
What do I do for my first appointment?
In-person appointment: Our physical office is located at 4023 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy #507 Lafayette Louisiana 70503. Our waiting room is on the fifth floor, Suite 507. Your therapist will come to get you in the waiting room at your scheduled time. Occasionally, therapists run behind on their previous sessions. If you need assistance, call our office coordinator at 337-284-0820.
Tele-therapy sessions: When you schedule, you will receive an invitation via email to join our client portal, this is how you will connect with your therapist for teletherapy sessions. Go to the link a few minutes before your appointment time to work out any connection issues. If you scheduled a phone session, your therapist will call you at the phone number you have on file.
